- Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the yellow Donate button.
- Enter the amount $20.00 (this covers the price of one calendar and postage) and click the donate button again. Follow the prompts for Paypal or credit card payment.
- Please state the payment is for a calendar and complete your mailing address.
